Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We set everything up, show you how it works and leave you with simple written steps. If you can use email, you can use what we build.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not the goal. We use AI to take the repetitive work off your team so they can spend more time with customers and on the work that needs a person.
Which tools do you use?
We work with the tools you already have where we can, and recommend affordable, well-supported options where you need something new. We'll always explain the running costs first.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. Every AI setup includes a voice guide built from how you already write and talk, and nothing goes to a customer until you're happy with how it sounds.
Is my customer data safe?
We only connect what each task needs, keep accounts in your name and follow Australian privacy requirements. We'll walk you through what data goes where before anything goes live.
Do you only work in Townsville?
We're based in North Queensland and work with businesses Australia-wide. Most of the work happens online, and we're happy to meet in person locally.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
That depends on what we set up. Your quote lists any ongoing software costs, and our optional care plans start from $190 a month.
